Shipping Policy
On our platform, food reservations for groups are managed through our website. We do not offer home delivery service, so the customer must pick up their order at the restaurant or pick up point specified at the time of booking.
- The customer will receive a notification at the time of purchase, along with the time and location for pick-up.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to come to the establishment at the agreed time to avoid loss of the reservation.
Return Policy
Since the products offered are perishable foods, no returns are accepted once the order has been processed and delivered to the customer at the pick-up point.
- We reserve the right to analyze each claim on an individual basis and offer an appropriate solution which may include replacement of the product or, in exceptional cases, partial or full refund.
- In the event that the customer cancels the reservation or does not show up at the stipulated date and time, no refund of the amount previously paid will be made. This includes the payment of reservations as well as prepaid services or products. By confirming the reservation, the client accepts this non-refund policy.
Cancellation Policy
In accordance with current regulations on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food products, which are made to customer specifications or clearly personalized. However, we offer the possibility to cancel or modify the reservation under the following conditions:
- The modification of the reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
- If you proceed with the cancellation of the reservation, you will not be refunded in any case.
- To cancel or modify a reservation, the client must contact us through the means of attention indicated on the website.
